Why CX Café Exists

CX Café was created because the CX community in South Africa deserved a better kind of event.

 

Not another large auditorium with back-to-back presentations. Not a networking lunch where the conversations stay surface-level. Something smaller, more deliberate, and built around the kind of honest exchange that only happens when the right people are in the right room.

 

That is the thinking behind CX Café. And it is the same thinking that has shaped every Dalebrook Media event before it. We just also happen to think it should be enjoyable.

A Note from the Founder

Our café-style events have proven so popular that we decided it was time to create one for the CX community.

 

My team and I have been working hard to put together something genuinely worth three days of your time. The speaker lineup is one I am personally proud of. Senior practitioners from some of South Africa’s most recognisable organisations, here to have honest conversations about what is actually working in their businesses.

 

Our goal, as always, is to create an experience that is valuable, memorable, and worth coming back for. We love what we do, and we cannot wait to welcome the CX community to Johannesburg in October.
